Qualified for Regional Finals in the StartedUP Pitch Competition for Canopy AI / Verdant Labs, a hardware-software plant monitoring system using Arduino-based IoT and sensor systems.

Tri-State Science and Engineering Fair

Participated twice and won awards on both occasions for engineering-focused projects.
Solar Tracking Panel Project
20242024 — Tri-State Science and Engineering Fair
Tested whether a solar panel that followed the sun’s path across the sky would generate more energy than a stationary solar panel.
Solar-Powered Car Project
20252025 — Tri-State Science and Engineering Fair / Hoosier Science and Engineering Fair
Built a solar-powered car project that received recognition at the regional level and advanced to the Indiana state science fair.
Lemelson Young Inventor Award
20252025 — Hoosier Science and Engineering Fair
Awarded for the 8th grade solar-powered car project.
Excellence in Science Award
20252025 — Hoosier Science and Engineering Fair
Award sponsored by the National Organization of Black Chemists and Chemical Engineers.
